Description
Our Client is seeking an experienced VP of Sales and Marketing for a Healthcare Strategic Outsourcing company.

You must have:
- The Ability to provide leadership to sales team. Sales growth and top-line growth are the top priorities. Experience in selling large outsourcing contracts to large companies at the C level, preferably in multiple industry verticals. Experience in driving sales and growing top line from tens of millions to hundreds of millions.

- 10 to 15 years of Sr. Sales Leadership experience in technology, healthcare or financial services industry. Experience in business process outsourcing and/or IT outsourcing. Experience dealing with international companies, preferably India.

- A Management style that is self-driven, entrepreneurial, motivated, and results-oriented. You must be a decisive individual who possesses a ?big-picture? perspective.

- Ability to execute large outsourcing contracts utilizing an off-shore delivery methodology.

- Previous work experience with at one of the following companies:EDS, Perot Systems, CSC, Fiserv.

- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating at all levels within the organization.df-tc
