Description
Our client, a market leader in the area of drug safety and regulatory affairs who provides solutions for worldwide regulatory compliance is searching for a Vice President - Global Professional Services (GPS). This professional will provides senior leadership, direction, and management for the department and the Company as a whole in support of business objectives and goals.

This professional will be responsible for managing and directing corporate GPS staff through software installation, support and up sell of application. This could include Resource Management, scoping and implementation, learn proprietary application, install licenses, configure system, migration of data, manage resources, proposals, billing, invoicing, training and troubleshooting.

This individual will have people responsibilities: hiring, training, mentoring, terminations, task guidance, project allocation, etc.

Educational Requirements and Experience

Must have a minimal 10 years of Professional Services experience

Proven track record of software implementations and support using internal resources and software to meet business product schedules

Experience with Shrink-wrap and Internet web development applications

Proven ability to forecast time and costs and track projects effectively

Must have strong client facing skills similar to a consultant

Must possess strong pharmaceutical background (Healthcare/Pharma/Bio Technology, etc), safety a plus

Must be open to 100% Travel both domestically and internationally

Must have a Bachelor's degree with technical experience in all of the following Engineering disciplines: requirement development, product planning, product implementation, product validation, and selling additional tools
