This position offers the flexibility and technology to be based in any major metropolitan area, along with the resources of a committed, high-caliber global corporation.

We are currently seeking an experienced VP of Sales to qualify and capture multi-million dollar consulting engagements in the Commercial Sector of Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Media or other major Western US industries.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team in architecting and closing complex commercial ITO or BPO outsourcing opportunities and take full responsibility for the complete lifecycle of the opportunity, including qualification, positioning, solution definition, proposal, competitive analysis, pricing and contracting. Your responsibilities will include

  • defining the ?win? strategy
  • coaching the development and structuring of large-scale opportunities in multiple sectors/industries
  • supporting lead generation
  • leading industry and/or service-line sales in shaping and closing deals
  • working with transition and implementation team(s) to craft successful transition approach and pricing
  • establishing pricing structure and lead negotiations
  • Building and maintaining client relationships

    The successful candidate must be extremely skilled in leading the development of proposals for large-scale solutions for clients in predominant Western USA industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, Media/Entertainment, or other large regional industries. You will also possess experience selling Outsourcing Enterprise business solutions, professional services and/or consulting opportunities at executive levels. You must also be very familiar with a life cycle systems development methodology, have current knowledge of commercial technologies; understand complex sales methodologies; and possess demonstrated exceptional decision-making, analytical and presentation skills. The ability to travel is required.
