Position Summary: To Lead the corporation in their business development to a world-wide leading import/export entity.

Essential Functions: Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Develop and manage the Sales Department including product offerings, to maximize revenue and profitability for all product lines
2. Develop and manage the Marketing Department
3. Develop and manage Telemarketing
4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
Strong business development, sales and negotiation abilities, consensus building and presentation skills.

Experience/Education Required:
-20+ years international business development experience, ideally including import/export, business to business, and manufacturing. Experience with China a plus.
-experience in selling stock and custom apparel, electronics, appliances, furniture and gifts and toys highly desirable.
-experience with e-commerce, catalogue and telesales
-BA/BS; MBA preferred
