. Experience with Vignette 4+ yrs
. Content migration experience
. Strong DB Scripting Skills
. Familiarity with database structures
. Skills in Oracle, XSD, XSLT, SQL, XML, java, portlets, and/or MVC -based applications
. Superior communication and leadership ability is central to this role (requires coordination with content owners, multiple application teams, support team, infrastructure team, and architecture team)

Daily tasks:
Trouble shooting and support the content team which includes verifying their issues, identifying root cause and reaching a resolution
Currently, most of time would be spent on
1. Trouble shooting data issues raised by the content team
2. Tuning the content type definitions
3. Tuning the channel structure
4. Verifying that automatic content is assigned properly based on a set of criteria
5. Verifying that different environments are in sync

Desired skill set:
. vignette configuration knowledge, setting up, configuring and trouble shooting the following,
? Content type definitions
? Projects
? Channels
? Configuration agents
? Delivery stages
? Various widgets used in content type definitions
? Custom event listeners
? Vignette Security
. VBIS experience
? using VBIS with excel
? using VBIS with xml files
. Database skills (oracle and mysql)
