Description
The software developer will serve as a project resource with the responsibility of working with Client and third party Vignette Professional Services implementation team. This includes working with the defined project team to design, develop, test and implement enhancements to the Client Vignette Content management version 7.3.0.3+ appication and the Vignette Application Portal version 7.0+. The selected candidate must have expert knowledge of web-based technologies, be able to work with a diverse project team, and work in a highly visible and changing project environment with aggressive timelines. Ensuring technical architecture and programming standards are adhered to throughout the project. Evaluating, designing, developing, integrating, testing and implementing system enhancements to the Client portal using J2EE or .Net as required.

Experience/Skills
2 yrs hands on portal/content management system development experience using Vignette V6+/7+, MCM, Epicentric Foundation server/Vignette Application Portal (VAP). 2 yrs developing scaleable, reusable UI portal/content management templates using CGI/TCL/JSP/ASP, XSL/XSLT, HTML and CSS. 3yrs of programming and/or systems analysis experience of which at least 2 yrs must include programming techniques and software design, building distributed systems architecture or middleware or performing OOA/OOD.

Other desired skills:
2 yrs hands on portal/content management system development experience using Vignette V6+/7+, MCM, Epicentric Foundation server/Vignette Application Portal (VAP). 2 yrs developing scaleable, reusable UI portal/content management templates using CGI/TCL/JS
