Description
For this contract position, you will document and assist with writing code for an an automation "engine" being developed to automate our client's support processes. The team that this person will be working on consists of managers, team leads and Tier 3 agents that work case management for escalation of issues around the leading video games console. S/He will be working autonomously except for some guidance from our expert on the matter.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to read Visual Basic and C# required
  • Ability to write in either Visual Basic or C# required
  • Web Services / ASP.NET experience required
  • Previous large-scale software industry experience
  • Proficiency in .NET programming technologies (2.0 minimum)
  • Transact-SQL / Database design experience (SQL 2005 minimum)
  • WinForms / GUI experience
