Technical Skills:

Required (minimum 3-5 years of solid experience with all of the following)

1. Visual Basic 6.0
2. Client/Server Development
3. NT/Windows 2000
4. DB2 (or other Relational DBs)

Highly Desired (minimum of 2-4 years of experience with at least 2 of the following)

1. Crystal Reports
2. Hyperion Essbase
3. Hyperion Reports
4. SQL Server 2000 - DTS
5. Other OLAP Tools/Technologies

Other Critical Qualifications that will weigh heavily:

1. 3 - 5 years of solid Development and Support Experience in an Enterprise Production Environment, which included utilization of formalized procedures/methodologies for Testing, Code Reviews, Documentation, Production Rollout, etc.

2. Solid Interaction Skills and experience working with users on various activities such as Requirements Definition, Problem Research/Resolution, etc.

3. Team Player

4. Flexible

5. Self starter who is creative and can take the initiative to find ways to solve problems independent of outside assistance.
