  • Operation and maintenance of VoIP soft switching platform *
  • Technical support for enterprise customers *
  • Research and development of new soft switch features and hardware. *
  • Installation and maintenance of SBCs, proxying equipment, TDM interconnection hardware, etc. Requirements *
  • In-depth knowledge of SIP *
  • Understanding of VoIP switching methodologies such as LCR, SIP Trunking, PSTN interconnection, QoS, NAT traversal. *
  • Experience with VoIP specific hardware and software. *
  • Ability to quickly analyze a multifaceted network and diagnose potential problems *
