Voice Applications Manager - JS-1318

A Jersey City, NJ Client has an immediate need for a Voice Applications Manager.

Candidate will plan, direct and coordinate all activities associated with developing software. At least 5 years of leading and building strong software development teams in designing highly available, scalable applications. 8Years in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant enterprise applications in UNIX environments. Management of offshore development; demonstrated ability to produce functional and design specifications. Experience in VoIP telephony (SIP, H.3232, MGCP, MEGACO, RTP, RTCP). JAVA or C programming experience on UNIX/Linux operating systems. Experience developing communications-based applications. LAMP technologies, Knowledge of Linux administration and configuration.

Strong protocol level knowledge of SIP, J2EE development; Oracle's Weblogic Application server or OCCAS; MYSQL database, database access controls, and secure data replication over SSL; teaming and management of 3 rd party product suppliers; Strong knowledge of telephony access and carrier protocols (CAS, MFC/R2, PRI, SS70); Experience in IP and networking protocols and architectures; Experience in security, including security of networks, servers, and VoIP systems.
