Work with cutting-edge technology at a leading Telecommunications Firm! Are you ready to be a Voice Engineer with a leading Telecommunications Firm? Are you a self-starter with a desire for continuous learning? Then we have a position for you! In this role you will be providing overview and recommendations for architecture of Lexmark VoIP NetworkWork location. You are responsible for the end-to-end voice network design, implementation, and management of a global outsourced enterprise network under the client IPT Standards. The Voice Engineer is a recognized expert and main client technical point of contact for any complex voice network design issues or operational problems. The Voice Engineer will partner with the customers strategic engineering team to develop and propose strategic network initiatives related to the enterprise data network. The Voice Engineer works closely with the sales team for new technical opportunities and are responsible for providing technical leadership to the clients LCM and COE teams for the implementation of the client technology standards, ensuring technical standards are met, and providing guidance during network installations as required. You will also be responsible for the technical integrity and stability of the voice network along with ensuring on-time quality service delivery of all voice engineering projects. The perfect candidate must effectively interact at multiple levels, from extreme technical detail to high-level management communication, have extensive knowledge in all areas of voice network design, implementation and management, with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with Cisco products. Knowledge of CVP (Customer Voice Portal) and UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise) from Cisco is also a must! Any experience with client products and processess, CCDP/CCVP, and/or Voice CCIE Certification is strongly desired! Some travel may be required.
