Position Description:

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Cisco UC/Voice focused engineer
  • CCVP or equivalent experience
  • Strong skill set and experience in Cisco routing/switching
  • Experienced in design and deployment of Cisco UC solutions including:
    • Cisco Communications Manager (older name for this is Call Manager)
    • Cisco Unity
    • Cisco UCCX (Unified Contact Center Express)
    • Voice Gateways
  • Additional products like Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS), and/or third party voice applications a plus
  • Ability to register SIP phones with the OCS Enterprise Voice platform and experience integrating Call Manager
  • Very technical and able to design and deploy all aspects of complex projects
