Description
Assist in the creation and maintenance of strategic plans and road maps for Voice Services across Convergys. Organize platform road maps including recommended architectures and standard operating environments for voice services to all Convergys lines of business. Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced voice services team members. Requires excellent understanding of voice platforms and industry awareness. Must have excellent communication skills including ability to relate equally well with technical team members and senior business executives. Must be comfortable creating presentation material and presenting to clients and business leaders.

In this position, the selected candidate will:
Provide advanced technical expertise in support of our voice infrastructure: user support; software/hardware installation; problem resolution and monitoring and management of PBX, peripheral devices and server resources.
Provide advanced technical support, configuration, design and implementation for any or all of the following: Nortel Symposium, Succession, Call Pilot, OTM/TM, Avaya Communication Manager, Intuity Audix, CMS, AES, Integrated Management System, Cisco IPCC, ICM, Call Manager

Requirements include:
Experience with the Nortel and / or Avaya technologies mentioned above
Expertise in Voice Portal, Conversant, Periphonics, and SER dialers helpful.
Bachelor's Degree in related technical discipline & 4 years relevant experience, or Masters Degree in related technical discipline & Minimum 2 years relevant experience or Minimum eight years relevant experience without college degree
Technical Certification of Cisco, Avaya, and Nortel is desireddf-tc
