Requirements A prestigious financial institution located in Jersey City is seeking a consultant to join their Voice Strategy team that has a strong background in infrastructure, and possesses the ability to adapt to any new technology, effectively learning, analyzing, and finding solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a member of the Voice Products and Strategy Group, the analysts individual contributions will play an integral role in the overarching team effort to perform telephony market assessment, product evaluations, technical engineering, and risk analysis. Other job functions will include the preparation of proposals, development of support processes, and training of the support staff. Additionally, working within the framework of the business requirements, the candidate will recommend vendor product enhancements to influence development. Principal Responsibilities:Keep up with technology advancements and formulate views on platform trends.Prepare vendor RFPs.Technical research and extensive Lab work.Document technical requirements, test plans, findings, and recommendations.Conduct technical, security, operational and financial risk assessment. Publish research results and prepare proposals.Perform technical engineering and define migration strategy.Interact with vendors and carriers to advance their products to meet GS business needs.Develop support processes and train support staff.
