Description
We are looking for strong candidates who have fundraising and/or sales backgrounds to contact local businesses to participate in a fundraising event.

Requirements and Standards to Meet
- Must have call center, fundraising or sales experience
- Make 200 calls a day (non-automatic)
- Required to recruit 6 people per day
- Need to meet quotas
- Have a positive attitude
- Able to deal with rejection and overcome rebuttals
- Outgoing
- Knows how to be persistent
- Can handle rejection and keep a positive attitude
- Team player
- Knows how to be personable
- Willing to take constructive criticism to become better at their job

This position is 30-35 hours per week; hours from 9-4:30pm. Position goes until June 2010.df-tc
