Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Web Producer for a 2 + month contract position in Evanston. Our client is a global education company serving students and teachers in PreK through grade 12, adult learners, and readers of all ages, supporting learners and responding to the needs of educators with best-in-class instructional programs, data solutions, and professional development tools and services, and practical, easy-to-use technology products.
Position Summary:
Guide and facilitate the development of client's internal and external Web presences to expedite the achievement of client's strategic goals. Guide the development of high-level content, design standards, information architecture and interface, and related procedures and documentation. Work collaboratively with client's users, business units, and content developers to determine and meet the Web communication needs of the client.

Main Responsibilities:
Leverage existing Web Team of developers, and designers to facilitate the development of client's Web presences.
Work with business units to determine the business strategy for Internal and External Web sites.
Drive the strategy and direction for end-user Web-content creation tools based on the business strategy.
QA new releases for content and design accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of experience in Web development management and technical project leadership.
Proven ability in the creation of quality Web graphic design and Website architecture design for the Web.
Conversant in general with Macromedia, Adobe and Microsoft software, including Web-based database access technologies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a team environment in situations in which ambiguity and multiple priorities are likely.
Excellent ability to write, speak, and use images to clearly and persuasively communicate in technical and non-technical subjects with both technical and non-technical audiences.
