Description
Our client in Sidney, NE isseeking Subject Matter Experts (SME's) in JDA, Clarion, and WinDSS. This position works as part of a team to perform complex analysis, design, and problem solving tasks, and to write and/or modify complex programs to satisfy user requests according to departmental standards policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned by management. Individuals in this position are encouraged to develop leadership skills for possible advancement opportunities to various LEAD level position within the department, if the interest and opportunity exists.

This position requires:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, plus 3-6 years programming and design experience.
- A strong working knowledge of computer programming language concepts and techniques is also required.
- Knowledge of structured application analysis design and database practices.
- 3-6 years experience with RPGIV and ILE,CLP, AS400, DB2
- At least 3 years of JDA/MMS, Clarion, or WinDSS experience.
- JDA impletion experience preferred.
- Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects of varying priorities and to shift focus from one project to another is required.
- Ability to function as a team player.
- Skill in utilizing good judgment in application of technical skills.
- Ability to apply technical skills to solve current and future business needs ensuring logical, feasible, and practical methods or solutions in development processes.
- Ability to learn and adapt to continuously changing technology. Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to assist others in applying technical skills to solve current and future business needs, ensuring logical, feasible, and practical methods or solutions in development processes.
