Description
-Designs, develops, programs, installs, tests, documents, implements, conducts research for and maintains enterprise-wide computer systems and utilities including Microsoft Windows NT4, 2000, 2003 Server, Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003 Server, Active Directory, SQL, Terminal Server, Citrix Server. -Analyzes internal or external customer needs, and determines equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems by means of automated systems. -Develops customized solutions to customer/user problems. -Establishes system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software compatibility, and coordinates and/or modifies user requirements in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. -Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage. -Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. -Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. -Minimum experience of 2 years with Bachelor's, 0 years with Master's. -Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server technology including Windows NT4, Windows 2000 & Windows 2003, Exchange 5.5, Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003, Active Directory, SQL Server, Terminal Server and Citrix Server. -Working knowledge of FTP, Telnet, Ping, DNS, DHCP, WINS, SNMP, HTTP and LDAP. Strong troubleshooting skills, good written and oral communication skills and good project management skills-Candidate must have passed certified Drug Test & Background Check prior to start date. -Candidate must be U.S. Citizen.
