We have an immediate need for an IT Assistant for SLA Administration

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Candidate must be available to work onsite in Piscataway, NJ.*
* W2 Contract for 1 year +.*

SLA Administration: the SLA Administrator will be responsible for SLA reporting programs in support of the customer. Responsibilities will include the management of processes responsible for data extraction, report generation, client presentations, and overall competency interface. Additionally, the role will manage efforts to put into production new reporting requirements based on future, new or changed customer requirements. As the primary SLA client interface, responsibilities will also include the appropriate actions to manage obtainment of customer SLAs as well as management of action plans and improvement programs in support of the client.
