BCS has been asked to indentify a Web Administrator for one of our clients.

The initial duration of this project is 6 months.

Scope of work:

Formulates/defines specifications for complex operating system software programming applications or modifies/maintains complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer.

Designs, codes, test, debugs, and documents operating system software. Responsible for applications dealing with the overall operating system, such as sophisticated file maintenance routines, linking peripheral devices, computer-monitoring software packages.

Supports quality assurance review and evaluation of new and existing software products.

Required Skills:
4 years administrating Servers in a Windows environment. 3 years of experience administrating with Microsoft SharePoint 2003/2007 Experienced with MOSS technologies Broad experience with the .NET Framework to include ASP.NET 2.0/3.5 Web services, XML, SOAP experience Completed Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field. Four years of additional general experience may be substituted for a Bachelor s Degree. Ability to interface with clients and gather requirements and facilitate meetings Security Certification or the ability to obtain such within 4 months of hire date. Strong written and verbal communications Strong work ethic Strong client facing skills Must be a US citizen Ability to work in small, rapid-development teams Work closely with customer in analyzing requirements Experience in managing virtualized servers. Experience in a mixed UNIX and Windows environment with a focus on integrating platforms. Knowledgeable about SSO implementation in the windows environment Experience in any of the following: o Microsoft Active Directory (Windows 2003 Server/Windows XP Client) o Sun Solaris 9 and 10 o Sun One Portal o Sun One Directory Server o Sun One Web Server o BEA Weblogic o Documentum o JBOSS o Server Iron, Juniper, F5 BCS pays referral fees.
