Description
Are you looking for a position that requires your design and technical skills? A growing company in Norcross is looking for a Web designer with experience in design, development, creation and maintenance of websites, landing pages, banner ads, emails and other online marketing projects.

This exciting position involves content updates and maintenace to Websites as well as design, production and Web optimization of support files. You will work closely with the Web team and the marketing department to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.

Essential Duties:
* Email design, campaign set up, delivery and monitoring through email CMS
* Design & implement Web page templates and landing pages
* Provide reliable and accurate time estimates for tasks
* Design & implementation of ad banners and interactive Flash presentations
* Debug and fix cross browser display issues with HTML & CSS codes
* Work on projects from conceptualization to execution while meeting all deadlines

The right candidate will possess the following:

Bachelors degree in Website design, graphic design or the equivalent
* 3-5 years of graphical design experience in Website design
* Strong foundation in graphics & visual/interface design
* Highly proficient in constructing hand-coded W3C-compliant HTML & CSS Web layouts from Photoshop designs
* Experienced in Flash design and Actionscript
* Thorough knowledge of Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop and/or compatible tools
* Knowledge of working with a Content Management System (CMS) such as Joomla & WordPress a plus
* Experienced in designing for online direct marketing lead generation content
* Ability to create attractive and effective Website page designs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
* Up-to-date on contemporary Web design, SEO, architecture principles and techniques
* Ability to give and receive feedback on your work
