Intermediate-level developer position
Must be very skilled in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Proficiency with MYSQL and PHP (1-2 years). Skill with graphics editing. Experience with Java is a big plus. Interpersonal skills and drive are very important in this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform content updates as necessary to enhance product positioning.
- Create Websites and pages with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Design graphics for use within Web and video products.
- Update images and Scripting using PHP, MySQL, and HTML.
- Participate and engage in cross-departmental and multi-functional strategy sessions that determine next phase of Web and video product development

PROFESSIONAL COMPENTENCIES:
- Must be a people oriented programmer capable of translating expressed visions into coding
- High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment
- Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity
- Superior troubleshooting skills and a passion for seeing incomplete projects complete
- A proven track record of increasing responsibility and demonstrated success in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to present insights and recommendations persuasively, skill and confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the organization
- Skills in problem definition, rigorous analysis and recommendation development
