One of the leading companies in the Warren, NJ area has an immediate need for a full time Web Developer/Designer.

The candidate will develop Web client-side components, from specification through design, coding, debugging, and deployment as well as work closely with teams to understand how to install, configure and operate Adobes Web applications. He/she will also work with teams to build a coordinated feature set.


Required:
. 7 years commercial software development experience
. BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
. Deep Web application technologies experience (e.g. XML, XSLT, XHMTL, JavaScript, SOAP)
. 3+ years hands-on ActionScript experience
. 2+ years hands-on Flex development experience
. 2+ years developing consumer-facing Web applications
. Expertise building Flash-based presentations of large-scale applications
. Familiarity debugging large, server-based solutions
. Ability to work on a team and with customers
. Motivated self-starter
. Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired:
. 3 or more years experience working with mobile operators, integrating enterprise servers to different infrastructures
. IBM Websphere experience
. Experience developing applications which interact with 10g databases
