Are you ultra proficient at programming and developing all types of digital communications including e-blasts, banner ads, landing pages and Websites - from content management to HTML coding?

Are you a Web head - a master of digital media - with a basic knowledge of design and type?

We are looking for a Web programmer/developer who will work with our design to team to develop and maintain Websites and other electronic media.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who will collaborate and thrive in a challenging, deadline-driven, creative environment.

What you will need for this position:

- BFA/BA in digital design or development or programming
- Exceptional on-line portfolio showcasing innovative Web design solutions
- Experienced in Web Browser Compatibility, Standards and Optimization (SEO)
- Solid knowledge of core design programs (Flash and Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Experienced in Front End development (HTML, CSS, Action Scripting and Content Management Software such as Teamsite.)
- Solid understanding of typography, layout and general design
- Very high attention to detail

What you will be doing:

- Develop and program websites, portals, Web banners, email blasts and other online marketing materials
- Work with team to establish and execute creative strategies for new and existing client sites, along with our own in-house sites
- Incorporate search engine optimization techniques to optimize search engine performance
