Description
Dean Enterprises, LLC., is looking for a detail oriented web developer to join their fast-paced team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a super positive attitude, write clean code for company sites and have a passion for completing projects to perfection.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain the company websites through proper coding and unit/integration testing, including but not limited to: making content changes, updating site features, handling bug reports and making CS requests.
* Support new web initiatives and special projects for company launches.
* Manage web development projects from start to finish, identifying missing components along the way to end up with a quality final product.

Skills/Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in programming and applications development with a focus on PHP (5), HTML, CSS, MySQL (5) and related technologies. Javascript (AJAX) a big plus.
* Proficient in Drupal CMS with module building experience
* Experience in Linux server administration with ability to perform basic Apache and DNS commands
* BA in Computer Science or commensurate experience
* Strong understanding of user interface design and SEO/SEM principles
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Highly focused on quality assurance
* Extremely detail oriented
* Basic understanding of sales-driven/direct marketing practices
* Positive attitude with an outgoing personality (no whiners allowed)
