We have a Developer position with a Dallas based organization which specializes in creating simple Web applications to solve complicated problems. In this role, you'll assist in the development of Web applications under the guidance of a senior developer. This position is in a fast paced, think tank type environment and requires (among other things) a strong work ethic and project management skills.

What is required for this position:

* At least 1 year experience with Web based programming languages such as: Java,
Javascript, AJAX, XML, HTML, Ruby/Rails, PHP, or similar
* Strong database knowledge such as: MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, etc.
* Strong work ethic and project management skills
* Self motivated and able to work well in a fast-paced "think tank" environment
* Local to the Dallas vicinity
* No H1 sponsorship

A big plus:

* Application programming with languages such as C, C , VB, etc. a plus
