Description
Primary responsibility is the programming and integration of art, text, audio and video functionality using various production tools and technologies. Collaborate with the project team as a technical lead to define information design, usability and functional design. Assess and determine technology solutions, lead multimedia technology capabilities and set/document technical parameters of the project. Collaborate, mentor and oversee project development team and assists in site deployment, integration and maintenance.Job Specifics: Performs complex tasks and works independently with design team and producers. Understands and utilizes client specifications as they relate to overall business strategy, participates in the design and architecture phase of the business solution and may designs/architects components of the solution.

Experience/Skills
Previous Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience Implementation of one or more web projects Leadership of one or more web projects Project experience working with multiple disciplinesTechnical Expertise:Experience in interactive web design programming and integration with a strong knowledge of usability/functional design document layout, output and assembly. Project experience using multiple technologies including HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash/ActionScript, XML, PHP/MySQL, .NET/SQL.Fluent in all Graphical and Development applications (eg. Adobe, BBedit) Fluent in rich media development (Flash, video, etc.) Familiarity with at least one Internet Web Server (IIS/SQL, Apache/MySQL) Fluent in browser based GUI design and implementation Fluent in all HTML constructs including forms, tables, image maps, frames, browser and platform inconsistencies, FTP clients, embedded objects and Java mediaFamiliarity with scripting languages – JavaScript, ActionScript Familiarity with middleware – PHP, ASP/.NET Operating Systems – PC, MAC Perform quality assurance testing and develop QA strategy Working knowledge of image making Understanding of brand-building strategies Aesthetic sensibility and a vision of the future of the web
