Description
COMSYS is seeking a Developer with Lead experience on projects for corporate Web design and development. Candidates must have experience supervising, guiding and providing technical leadership, support and training to the Web development staff.

Assists the manager in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the section. Works with client management to identify and specify complex business and E-business requirements and processes, and in the application design, testing and implementation process. Evaluates systems specifications for client area's) Web site requirements. Develops ad prepares, in conjunction with the graphic design staff, Web page (software and graphics) solutions.

Determines and implements (codes, integrates, installs updates to the software packages) the most efficient and cost effective software/package solution. May coordinate Web application changes with the client area's), the Web Group and development staff, operations, network, telecommunications, security and IT technical staff. Works with the above groups, as appropriate, in the testing of program and system modifications. Acts as expert technical resource to Web development staff in all phases of the Web application development process. Performs related duties as assigned or requested. Receives general supervisor form the Web Development Manager.
