We are currently working with our client in Columbia, SC who is looking for a Senior Web Developer consultant for a 12 month project.

Job description:

Provide team leadership for a J2EE Web Development team consisting of 3-5 developers. Interface with and communicate to all parts of IT organization. Act as team leader, mentor, and software development life cycle expert. Must have technical knowledge, but deep software skills are not required - this is a leadership position rather than hands-on. Thorough understanding of software life cycles and release management is required. Will require to lead multiple projects and also smaller work efforts.
