Description
Development team member that works collaboratively with the development and business team to design, develop, test, and implement application and/or web solutions. Create custom relational database solutions. Works with the development team to create interactive Internet and intranet web sites, including the development of web based front-end user interfaces to new or existing databases. Remains flexible to changing strategies and projects mid-stream, if necessary.RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Uses basic knowledge of programming languages and web technologies such as .NET, HTML, JavaScript, C#, and ASP to develop customer intranet application and interactive Internet sites. 2. Designs and builds web front-end user interfaces and basic relational databases using a combination of HTML, SQL, C# or other languages to improve our ability to service our customers.3. Actively participates in corporate projects and initiatives.4. Follows defined development processes.5. Places a focus on privacy and security of customer data throughout the development of applications and administration of systems and databases.6. Works with business to define requirements and develop and implement technology solutions that meet these requirements. Provides clients with useful technology solutions. This may include user education that would enable the business to make a better decision. 7. Provides timely and effective first-level support for developed applications.8. Documents technical design of applications and associated databases.9. Actively promote appropriate technology applications with the business. 10. Provide technology education when appropriate to the business. 11. Participate in educational opportunities to keep current with industry trends and advancements. Makes recommendations to pursue appropriate new technologies.

Experience/Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:1. B.S. degree or equivalent with minimum 3+ years progressively responsible experience.2. Proven programming and web development experience.3. Relational Database development experience.4. Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage many details and translate them into proactive suggestions.5. Experience developing technical documentation.6. Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.7. Excellent written communication skills.8. Effective listening and problem solving skills
