The Creative Group is looking for a front end Web Developer to help our client.

Experience/Skills
The ideal Web Developer must be completely comfortable coding XHTML and CSS by hand; Must have solid understanding and experience in semantic markup and separation of content and design; Experience converting pre-established design into CSS layout.The Web Developer must be comfortable following established organizational code models and policies;Extensive experience with tableless CSS layout; Extensive experience testing and addressing cross-browser rendering of CSS, with a focus on minimal reliance on "CSS hack" solutions and style-sheet switching; Strong understanding of the structure of CSS, the CSS box model, and CSS positioning. Should have strong understanding of CSS pseudo classes, pseudo elements, and attribute selectors; Strong understanding of specific cascading rules and quirks of CSS properties; Extensive experience using float property addressing itscross-platform quirks; Strong understanding of CSS sizing values (e.g. em, px, %, pt) .Special consideration given to (nice-to-haves):JavaScript experience, specifically with the jquery JavaScriptlibrary. Experience with source-ordering of content.Experience using Adobe DreamWeaver.Access to CSS resources.
