The desired candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in developing and implementing creative solutions for a variety of clients. Experience in developing applications for the education market is a plus. Candidate is someone who thinks creatively, works efficiently, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Skills: Intermediate to advanced Actionscript 2.0 / Actionscript 3.0Intermediate to advanced experience with the Flex frameworkSolid understanding of Object Oriented Programming methodology Understanding or experience with Flash/Flex component architecture Experience with or knowledge of various web development technologies with a strong skill set in one (Java, .Net, PHP, various database) Basic to intermediate media production skills Excellent project team communication skills Responsibilities: Actively participate in project development from inception to delivery to maintenance Help coordinate development efforts and project timelines Work closely with project managers, designers, and production staff Constructively contribute to visual design and content development Develop project documentation including scope, design, and implementation documents Contribute to project estimating efforts Meet with project team to help determine project scope Contribute to overall company development needs and success Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relative experience.
