Description
Robert Half Technology is currently seeking an experience .NET Developer for one of our Long Island based clients. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining web applications. This includes designing, building, and implementing web pages integrating with SQL server database. Technologies include ASP.Net, VB.Net in a Microsoft SQL Server Environment.Responsibilities*Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document Web applications.*Follow existing policies and procedures for publishing Web pages and applications in conjunction with content creators.*Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing Web applications and sites.*Work with database administrators to design, develop, and update databases as they relate to Web applications.

Experience/Skills
•Strong application development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including VB.NET and ASP.NET. •3-4 years progressive experience with object oriented programming.•3+ years of web application design concepts and issue awareness.•Knowledge and expertise with Microsoft SQLServer. •Experience in Database design, writing Stored Procedures & triggers.•Strong application knowledge of MS SQL Server, ASP.Net and VB.Net
