Description
Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Web Developer, for a client in the southern metro. This individual will assist in the implementation of custom creative and technical tasks to support Strategic Marketing programs. Responsibilities:• Responsible for HTML code implementation for variety of Online Marketing efforts, including Paid Search, Email, Affiliates and Multi-Variant Testing• Work well within a team and be open to constructive feedback • Identify opportunities to improve current business practices • Document and organize procedures as needed• Work seamlessly & flexibly with Marketing project managers, and other various internal departments• Utilize new industry technologies• Ability to work with little supervision• Capable of working effectively in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines• Ability to offer “out of the box” ideas• Strong organizational skills• Must be able to write and read code• Must be able to write JavaScript manuallyWith over a 1,000 registered candidates in Minnesota, Robert Half Technology is leading the way in IT staffing in Minnesota. Experience/Skills
Experience• Minimum of 2+ year web development/web design experience• Must be able to write JavaScript manually• Preferred Front End, E-Commerce Web Site Development experience• Experience working on complex web-based projects• Proven record of handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesKnowledge/Skills• Advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and JQuery• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other image editing tools• Experience with Dreamweaver or other HTML editors• Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Access • PC platform• Experience with AJAX, XML, and scripting languages preferred• Site Optimization, Multivariate and A/B testing knowledge a plusEducation• 2 year degree in a related field required, 4 year degree preferredIf you are qualified and interested in this position, please submit your updated resume to dan.oye@rht.com
