SHORT SCOOP: Seeking - Experienced Developer with Project Management skills: C#, SQL and knowledge of Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems. REPONSIBILTITIES: * Provide programming expertise through the development of business systems applications from detailed specifications.* Provide expertise in Datamodelling, meta data, and data dictionaries.* Provide project management for individual projects by establishing schedules, track and document the results of each phase of the project.* Provide on-going productions support of application including correction of any errors within the system.* Anticipate and identify issues as they arise; monitor and report to management on the status of efforts.* Provide technical consulting support on projects/system initiatives.* Review code of developers.* Foster and maintain good relationships in order to meet expected customer service levels.
EXPERIENCE: * Experienced with C# and SQL * Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects.* Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communications, and organizational skills.* Knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes.* Knowledge and experience with all phases of and tools to facilitate the Systems Development Life Cycle and Datamodelling.* Technical knowledge including knowledge of relevant technology, tools, data base methods and Middleware.* Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.* Must have strong interpersonal skills to be an effective project leader.* Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into specifications.* Knowledge and experience in Logistics and/or 3PL industry, Warehouse Management Systems, and/or handheld device application development.
EDUCATION* Bachelor's degree in related discipline
