Description
This position develops and supports Internet and InfoSolutions systems. The incumbent will primarily be involved in the business analysis, system requirements documentation, database design, GUI design, HTML programming, project leadership, and quality control aspects of the web development cycle.

Required Qualifications:
A four year college degree
Two or more years of programming experience
Ability to analyze customer needs, design new systems or modify existing systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
SQL & relational-database experience
Experience with GUI (HTML) design and development
Demonstrated project leadership skills
Presentation and meeting-leading skills
