Job Description:

This position is on a team providing 24x7 support for all applications.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
Experience supporting and strong conceptual understanding of various OS's, databases, and Middleware including AIX, Linux, Windows, BEA Weblogic, Oracle, and MSSQL.
Strong research and troubleshooting background, and comfortable working with incomplete documentation or procedures.
Strong communication skills including being comfortable writing problem synopsis that are accible to a varied audience, and comfortable leading a team of technicians on a troubleshooting call.
Familiar with support procedures in a large organization such as trouble tickets, change control, approval processes, etc.
Available and comfortable working on a 24x7 rotation.
