Description
We are seeking a friendly, energetic and resourceful recruiter to work from home or in the office. This is a commission only based contract. This could be a lucrative position for the right person.

The ideal recruiter will have exposure to web development technologies and processes. Managing a personal web server, supporting an online community, previous work in a web development environment, attending local technology user groups, all apply. This exposure is critical to the proper screening of our potential candidates. Specific experience with open-source technologies and philosophies is a plus.

We are looking for individuals with experience in online sourcing techniques. You need to have the drive and skills to find elusive, skilled, and essential geek talent!

An emphasis will be placed on the recruiter's ability to determine a technology fit/gap during phone interviews. To this end, the more you know about technology, the better!

The qualifications for this position include:
* Proven skills in direct sourcing, web-mining, networking and database searching.
* Ability to understand and evaluate the technical qualifications of candidates.
* High level of understanding of programming languages, databases and operating systems.
* Excellent interviewing skills to correctly assess candidate*s qualifications in both technical and non-technical subjects.
* Proven success in recruiting top talent in the industry.
* Ability to recruit for multiple positions across multiple business units.
* Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills
