Job Desc: Web Logic , WebLogic System Administrator, Java, J2EE

Requirements:

WebLogic System Administrator, with Java , J2EE experience.
This includes build management, deployment, configuration and patch management of J2EE application servers, rules engine and workflow servers.
A good understanding of J2EE environment, with importance on packaging and deployment is required.
Must be able to communicate and put in place processes with development, production support, and database groups regarding application configuration changes.
The ability to troubleshoot problems from various application aspects is required.
Experience in developing scripts to automate deployment, build and configuration checks.
Object Modeling Techniques like UML are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
