Description
Position: Manager, Web Master eCommerce

Position is responsible for day-to-day implementation, maintenance and operations of the Identity Guard Website(s) and related Consumer Direct Web properties. Coordinate Web functions, monitor Web activities, and incorporate new technologies in the pursuit of continual improvement to all Web properties. Works closely with Consumer Direct Marketing team, Marketing Communications team, Software Development, Research/Customer Experience and outside contractors/vendors to update the site and keep it current.

Reports to: Senior Vice President of eCommerce.

Responsibilities:

Assesses and implements upgrades to Website user interface, Website infrastructure, and processes through page and/or Content Management template coding.
Drives technology decisions related to the Website.
Leads Website interface and user experience development and provides guidelines, including user flow and overall page layout wireframes.
Supports Website advertising strategy from content management to page profitability assessment, analysis, and recommendations.
Provides recommendations for Website expansion.

Essentials Job Functions:

Works closely with Consumer Direct Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Software Development to develop page flows and user interfaces.
Develops and deploys Website management processes in cooperation with peers.
Implements and supports appropriate measurement tools and services to assess customer behavior and Website traffic, gather customer input and report findings and recommends improvement.
Makes appropriate recommendations to improve Website effectiveness based on analysis and consumer feedback.

Minimum/Required Qualifications:

3-5 years work experience in Website management including user interface development and Web management
Solid grasp of usability, user experience and interaction design concepts
Web reporting and analysis experience or equivalent.
Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, Flash and cross browser compatibility related issues
Working knowledge of Web content management systems, Macromedia products, Photoshop and other related Web tools
Bachelor's Degree.
Ability to rapidly adjust changing priorities.
Good written and oral communication skills.df-tc
