Web/Online Content Manager/Analyst
Responsible for analysing and updating the current assets and online content for a Fortune 100 Client.

These critical team members will work permanently on-site with the client and function as the primary liaison between the marketing stakeholders, Web operations and offshore EOL (end-of-life) Content Team members. The Content team must be skilled in enterprise-level content management best practices; and will be required to master both the client*s existing EOL content processes as well as to serve a vital role in the development of new policies and guidelines for the global EOL content initiative. These individuals must also become familiar and knowledgeable in the client*s various data architectures and content structures and understand the potential impact from executing EOL content activities. In addition to leading the avVenta EOL teams, the Content team will ultimately own and manage all museum and library structure areas for content archiving.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the EOL (end-of-life) content management efforts for our Fortune 100 client; removing old or underperforming content; and updating the content structure.
- Collaborate with Business Areas, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and Designers on EOL content scope, solutions, constraints, and risks
- Analyze tracking and usage reports to identify and manage where content items lie in the usage life cycle
- Manage content deliverables for multiple business areas and projects
- Analyze content data to identify trends or root cause of issues related to Websites and content usage - Create and distribute reports and analyze trends and patterns
- Works with business areas, content analysts, reporting analysts and creative departments to identify, delete, archive and/or update assets and content
- Provides options for content implementation and content changes
- Manage applications and processes for the development and publication of online material
- Manage content within customized enterprise-level CMSs and related systems
- Troubleshoot QA/delivery issues that affect delivery of content and assets
- Report and triage issues pertaining to content delivery/release and quality
- Collaborate with developers and QA team to streamline content management processes
- Execute any additional content checks above the aforementioned tasks to ensure that we meet the clients content management and posting requirements
- Maintain feedback mechanisms to report on the status of content delivery and release as well as on established quality metrics of such content

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Marketing, Business Admin, Information Technology,
- 5+ years experience with online product or content management
- Prior experience with enterprise content management (ECM) or Product Information Management (PIM) tools or Imaging Management required.
- Experience with Documentum and Microsoft ECM highly preferred.
- Operational support experience required
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate deliverables and meet deadlines while maintaining quality of work
- Understanding of data mapping and data manipulation
- Strong project management skills
- Strong overall communication and interpersonal skills
- Above average writing and editing skills
- Must work well under deadline pressure; must be detail-oriented.df-tc
