Experience/Skills
3 + years Producer/project manager experience on a high-traffic corporate website, or equivalent agency experience; ability to create well-thought out project plans and lead cross-functional teams to drive projects through User Experience team and rest of development cycle, including engineering, production and QA; demonstrated ability to assess client needs and create solutions to meet goals; proven issue management resolution skills and to understand full scope of product lifecycle including offline components; understands technical possibilities, restrictions, and limitations well enough to ask informed questions when working with creative and engineering team and anticipating needs and key points in projects for which creative expertise is required. Must be able to write a functional spec (in conjunction with cross-functional team); proactively takes steps to track success of project after launch; demonstrated technical competence of processes and procedures needed to add value to and execute work product; solid knowledge of current discipline applications (MSP, HTML, CSS, Flash, etc.); demonstrated ability to understand complex technical issues in a database-driven environment.Experience with content management tools helpful.
