May perform one or more of the following:

Responsibilities:
Assist in design of software user interfaces.
Develop and test enhancements for web applications and web services.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of user documentation.
Install and upgrade new and existing implementations of software.
Assist in hardware or software purchasing recommendations regarding web development.
Maintain a state-of-the-art knowledge of technologies relevant to web development.
Skill Set:
At least three (3) years experience developing and maintaining enterprise level web applications in ASP.NET using C#, Javascript, and CSS.
At least one (1) year experience development and maintaining enterprise web services in ASP.NET using C# or WCF.
Exhibit an understanding of sound framework design principles.

Experience with Visual Studio 2005/2008 with Team Foundation Server.
Experience with ASP.NET AJAX, WPF, Silverlight, MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008.
The incumbent regularly works under deadlines and is capable of handling extreme workloads. The Systems Development Senior Specialist acts independently, operating with only general direction; errors at this level may cause significant disruption and/or major cost. Incumbents may provide guidance to and assist in training less experienced staff. Incumbents are responsible for the installation, development, implementation, and customization of hardware and software system elements.

Experience/Skills
