Software Development Team leader - C2 is required

Complete Description:
Provide team leadership for a J2EE Web Development team consisting of 3 - 5 developers and business analysts. Application environment is IBM WebSphere. Interface with and communicate to all parts of IT organization. Act as team leader, mentor, and software development life cycle expert. Must have technical knowledge, but deep software skills are not required - this is a leadership position rather than hands-on. Thorough understanding of software life cycles and release management is required. Will be required to lead multiple projects and also smaller work efforts.
