Description
Administers and supports enterprise wide computer systems. Resolves complex issues regarding operations, installations, error messages, on-line transactions, system status and downtime. Ensures user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
The candidate must be familiar with design and implementation, usage, tuning and monitoring of Windows Server 2000/2003, IIS Web servers and Microsoft SQL Servers.

Required Skills:
- IIS experience
- SQL Server experience
- Windows Administration

Desired Skills:
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and requests at one time and must have strong communication skills; strong documentation skills; must possess exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.

- Excellent customer interface skills and the ability to effectively communicate with department leaders is required.

- The ideal candidate will have production experience with highly-available web applications using IIS with load balancing and SQL Server clustering, Windows 2000/20003, Windows scripting languages and network troubleshooting skills.

- Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of production experience.

- An undergraduate degree, MCDBA or MCSE certification and familiarity with Dell server hardware is a plus, as are any additional Microsoft Certifications, MCSA, MCP, etc with experience, ITIL and PC hardware certifications (Dell, A+).df-tc
