REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of the following qualifications and experience:

BS/BA in design or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Visio is preferred
Experience in JavaScript, HTML, DHTML and Flash is preferred
MUST have a successful track record in the implementation of web designs/layouts, graphics, HTML and CSS
Extensive experience in optimizing/compressing graphics
Must have strong aesthetic skills, creative problem solving and be able to create good site navigation
Experience in designing for pharmaceutical companies a plus
Experience in designing user interfaces for consumer websites and web-based applications a plus
Solid understanding of cross-platform browser compatibility issues and image-optimization for the web
Knowledge of human factors and innovative user interface methodologies a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, cooperative approach
Ability to innovate, prioritize and multi-task
Retail or Pharmaceutical experience a major PLUS
MUST be authorized to work in the United States
MUST be available immediately
MUST live local
