Description
America's Second Harvest, the nation's largest hunger-relief organization, is seeking and individual to utilize experience of Microsoft SharePoint to work with Intranet webmaster in developing an effective intranet. Maintain, post and update status reports on the Microsoft SharePoint sites. Escalate technical issues to IT support vendors and see through the settlement of the issues. Set appropriate technical standards and guidelines. Administer user access rights to the intranet and applications, and assist users in logging in. Help coordinate IT projects related to the intranet and extranet. Manage and support web-related applications in support of the A2H's Internet/Intranet strategies. Provide recommendations for technical configuration, templates and administration needs. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills
BA/BS or equivalent experience. 3-5 years experience. Experience with solutions for managing web content. Experience in Microsoft web technologies including SharePoint Technologies (Windows SharePoint Services v2, Windows SharePoint Services v3, Office SharePoint Server 2007, Web Parts), Office System and Web services. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation and a willingness to work as part of a team are essential qualities for success. Good communications skills, strong technical skills, and an eagerness to meet the challenge of working with new technologies. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills are desirable. Ability to prioritize according to business strategy and identify and apply IT solutions and innovation to specific situations. Ability to influence and build strategic working relationship with customers and peers regardless of seniority or organizational boundaries. Committed to organizational mission of ending hunger.
