Description
Coaching project teams and setting direction for new technology is the main responsibility of the WebSphere Coach. Our client is moving from WebSphere version 6.0 to WebSphere version 6.1 and the WebSphere Coach will be helping coach resources on the new technology. Must have experience working in a test driven design environment and have the ability to -coach- technical resources about this environment as well. Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

The qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area.
- 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- 3+ years hands on experience with WebSphere/JAVA, Test Driven Design and Web Services.
- Experience with all the following: Test Driven Design, AIX, Javascript, UNIX, DB2, Oracle, websphere Portal and J2EE.

It would be considered a plus if the candidate has .NET and SOA experience.
