Description
Our client is a world-renowned company seeking a a detail-oriented PM with Business Intelligence savvy to help field manage non-profit and startup enrollments on their specialized website. This program will track consumption and prevent fraud.

You will be working for an organic, hands-on, talkative, and high performing team. As the successful candidate you will be self-motivated, outgoing, inquisitive, reliable, and easily able to interact with people of all levels and diverse cultural backgrounds.

Job Functions:
  • Analyze the daily registrations of companies
  • Help the field to qualify and approve/decline/remove existing and new companies
  • Produce BI reports on website downloads
  • Produce a daily report for the field of suspicious subscribers
  • Coordinate launch of the new nomination process in the field
  • Organize nomination reviews with the appropriate team
  • Transfer funding in order to run local events (manage the IO/PO process)
  • Write field-facing documents explaining how to use portals and BI Dashboard
  • Write partner-facing documents on how to use the portal
  • Produce partner-facing content such as newsletters, e-mails, other widely distributed comms

Experience/Skills
  • 2-4 years of program management experience
  • Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
  • Very strong communications skills, especially high-level writing skills, to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues
  • Excellent data analysis skills and ability around structured analysis
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs with varying degree of complexity
  • Insight, inquisitiveness and reliability
  • Bachelor's Degree
