Description
Main Responsibilities
â?¢Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on WebSphere/J2EE administration approaches, process re-engineering and design.
â?¢Mentor junior consultants and customers in the use of WebSphere solutions to solve enterprise scale business process challenges
â?¢Work with business analysts as well as use cases to implement best architecture approaches
â?¢Install, configure, test, J2EE based solutions: Service Oriented Architecture, connectivity between heterogeneous systems,
â?¢Implement solutions: Design workflows, connect systems,
â?¢Act as Subject Matter Expert on WebSphere based products (WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server etc.
â?¢Monitor, Optimize and tune J2EE based solutions in both single node and clustered enviornments
â?¢Work with technical support, product management and/or engineering personnel to provide product feedback and enhancement requestsdf-tc


Experience/Skills
Experience and Qualifications:
Prior Work Experience:
â?¢3+ years experience in administering WebSphere or other J2EE app servers
â?¢Related technology consulting with strong customer interaction
â?¢Experience in leading teams and provide quality assurance

Core Technology â?? Must have:
â?¢Websphere Application Server + J2EE + strong skills (as architect, senior sys admin, mentor)
â?¢Good WebServices skills

Additional skills â??
â?¢ANT scripting
â?¢AWK/SED
â?¢Strong Database skills: Oracle, DB2, SQLServerâ?:
â?¢Business protocols: SWIFT, EDI, HIPPA,etcâ?:
â?¢Strong admin skills within Unix and Windows

Possess strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
â?¢Intermediate ability in the areas of scoping, defining requirements, technical design & build
â?¢Advanced communication and negotiation skills including
